All admissions are voluntary and confidential. Call during working hours (Monday-Friday) for a brief initial screening to collect information and ensure Project Reality is suitable. A full admissions assessment is scheduled post-screening. Walk-ins are welcome but may face longer wait times. New patient assessments start at 6 AM Monday-Friday.
